Thornwire Records was officially published on the 31st of December 2010. We started with a few (Ash, David, Gary, Ben, Karlos, Cashley and Noel), making events such as gigs, charity work/event, acoustic show and much more. As the days goes by, we are now a bigger family with few crews that are willing to help no matter in days or nights.

And on the 31st of December 2011, we celebrated the birth of Thornwire Records to appreciate the crews, family and friends that gives us help and support throughout this one year. Smiles and laughter, hard times and good times, we share and solve it together. Lots of credit to everybody that has involved and helped us from A – Z.

Not to forget, Cousin Of Death and Dance! On Your Grave are now officially Thornwire Records’ family!!! WELCOME HOME, you guys!

We hope we can grow bigger and bigger in the coming days. We also would like to apologize from the bottom of our heart if there’s any mistakes or wrongdoings that we’ve done, and things that doesn’t make any of you feel comfortable. We are truly sorry. Nobody’s perfect because everybody make mistakes. Peace!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

How was it? You guys had fun last Tuesday? We did! We raised RM3155.20 from the donations. A very big THANKS to you all! You guys are AWESOME! The event was held at Red Corner (behind Havana) on Dec 20th, 2011 for the Cancer Children. Featuring local and international acts – Escape The Plainview, Gangrene, Uding Luhat, Diverse, Clockwork, Fuzz Muff, Ernesto (Nadai Sapa Nyapa), Dance! On Your Grave, and Love/Comes including the sape legend Jerry Kamit. Entrance is RM25.00 (buffet) and every RM5.00 had been donated to the SCCS.

MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012!

So how was STOMPED!? It’s been a week, though, but it was awesome, ain’t it? Even though we had an unexpected “activity” happened, the show must GO ON! We don’t give a damn at all. Bands that rocked our gig was Idiosyncrasy, Kurasakuasa, Search & Destroy, United Kids of Oi!, Satisfactory, Traitor, Ascending Decending (KK), and Thy Broken Chord (KK). Sadly, Mayze didn’t get the chance to perform because the drummer was INJURED!

The gig was great even it was before SPM started. Love the music, the crowd, the scene and everything!

Last but not least, we would like to say THANK YOU for all the bands, crews and most importantly, the CROWD for making this event happened! Without you guys, we are nothing. More gigs to come!
